We've made some changes to the terms of our Standard Terms and Conditions effective on 9 November 2023.
The changes we have made provide more clarity about the rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and to promote balance and transparency. These changes include the insertion of new defined terms, further detail around important clauses, and requirements for us to act reasonably in exercising a number of our rights under the contract.
These changes are beneficial to you and won't affect any operational matters related to your Coregas account. Throughout the Standard Terms and Conditions, we've updated the wording to be more balanced and customer-friendly, and to make some of our processes and procedures easier to understand.

You do not need to do anything to benefit from the changes we have made in your favour.
