Re: COVID-19 Level 3 Step 2 Auckland Region Update
As we and the Auckland region plan to move to alert Level 3 step 2 on Tuesday 9th October at 11.59pm we would like to take the opportunity to inform you of our services during this time. The move to Level 3 step 2 will look the same as level 3 for our customers and we will continue our service of zero contact delivery to all our customers and the option of contactless pick up option from our Auckland branch, however you will need to make contact in advance by calling our customer service team on 0508 268 342. They will then instruct you on what is required. Please note we are only able to offer a pick up service between 8:00am - 3:00pm. For all contactless collections from your local Service Centre we recommend contacting them direct for availability. Zero Contact Delivery
- To minimise potential exposure to the virus, we are enforcing “No Signature” deliveries. This will require the driver to sign on behalf of the recipient. Our drivers will record the name of the recipient collecting the delivery as proof of delivery.
- Coregas has updated its Terms and Conditions to reflect this process change during this unprecedented situation.
- Dependent upon official guidance, we may at some point in the future take the step of discontinuing the facility to pick up gas cylinders from our premises and distribution partners. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible should we need to take this step. Gas will still be available via our normal delivery process.
