Re: Coregas hours of operation while in COVID 19 Lockdown LEVEL 3
Starting from Tuesday 28th April our hours of operations are as follows until further notice.
Auckland Site Monday – Friday. 8am – 4pm.
Hamilton Site Monday – Friday. 8am – 3pm.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation here in New Zealand as of Tuesday 28th April at Level 3 we will continue to have our doors closed to all customers and visitors. This means all pick up of gas cylinders/orders will still be suspended until further notice. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for you or your business, but please understand we are putting this in place to protect our staff members’ health and safety as well as your own.
We will continue the supply of all cylinders via our zero contact delivery option.
Zero Contact Delivery
- To minimise potential exposure to the virus, we are enforcing “No Signature” deliveries. This will require the driver to sign on behalf of the recipient. Our drivers will record the name of the recipient collecting the delivery as proof of delivery.
- Coregas has updated its Terms and Conditions to reflect this process change during this unprecedented situation.
- Dependent upon official guidance, we may at some point in the future take the step of discontinuing the facility to pick up gas cylinders from our premises and distribution partners. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible should we need to take this step. Gas will still be available via our normal delivery process.
All orders can be made by either calling our customer service team on 0508 267 342 or by emailing your order through. All Auckland orders can be emailed through to [email protected] and all Hamilton/Waikato deliveries can be emailed through to [email protected]
We are confident that in time the pandemic will pass, and we will get back to business as usual. In the meantime we would appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
