Re: Coregas hours of operation while in COVID 19 Lockdown LEVEL 2
Starting from Monday 31st August our Auckland hours of operations are as follows.
Auckland Site Monday – Friday. 8.30am – 4.30pm.
As at Monday 31st August we will be reopening our branch again to allow for pickup of gas cylinders/orders, however this will be done with some changes in place to minimize any risk to our customers and staff. We will need the following from you.
NZ COVID Tracer QR code is placed in reception and we require you to scan upon entry. Manual register will be available if you are unable to use the app. Maintain social distancing rules of 1 meter at all times. Contactless payment Eftpos or Credit card only. No Cash. (Eftpos terminal will be disinfected between each use)
Please comply with all requests from our staff whilst onsite.
We will continue the supply of all cylinders via our zero contact delivery option.
Zero Contact Delivery
- To minimise potential exposure to the virus, we are enforcing “No Signature” deliveries. This will require the driver to sign on behalf of the recipient. Our drivers will record the name of the recipient collecting the delivery as proof of delivery.
- Coregas has updated its Terms and Conditions to reflect this process change during this unprecedented situation
