Trade N Go Gas™ MIG Gas
MIG shielding gas is a premium gas used mainly for the MIG welding of carbon steel. It is great for clean, quality and economical welds.
Ar / CO2
Excellent arc stability with strong welds. The addition of carbon dioxide (CO2) improves the shape of the weld bead.
Uses
- MIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, low alloy steel and galvanised steel
- MIG welding of metal plate, tubing, sheet metal, furniture and automotive
- Minimal spatter, good weld appearance and good control make it ideal for positional welding
- Commonly used to weld thicknesses up to 8mm, but note this also depends on the capacity of the welding equipment in use
How Trade N Go Gas™ Works
Step one Pay a Deposit
Simply purchase the gas and pay a one time flat-fee deposit on the cylinder. You can keep it for as long as you need.
Step two Buy your gas
Purchase your gas and you're on your way.
Step three Trade the cylinder
Once the cylinder is empty, return it to your local supplier and with a simple transaction you can trade it in for a full cylinder. If you don't need another refill, simply trade the cylinder back for your deposit back in full.
