Shield Stain Light Mix is a high performance gas used for the welding of stainless steel and duplex
He / Ar / CO₂
A clean, quick product that has minimum splatter due to small addition of Carbon Dioxide. Suited to Pulse MIG and dip and spray transfer.
Uses
- Ideal for MIG welding of stainless steels and duplex 3 mm and above
- All round gas
- Good deposition rates and weld profile
- Increased penetration and fluidity of the weld pool
- Higher weld speed compared to gases without helium
